Chicago Condominium Hallway Painting

The Newport condo building sits in downtown Chicago right on the lake. Inside-Out repainted all interior hallways of this skyrise condominium managed by Draper and Kramer.

The Newport and Draper and Kramer make sure to keep their building looking great by planning for cyclical painting of their common areas. Inside-Out Painting partnered with the management company making sure the community was prepared for all the work that was to be done in their common areas.

Posting notices, monitoring progress, and working hand in hand with the management of the building was how Inside-Out Painting was able to make sure the project ran smoothly. Inside-Out Painting strategically worked each floor as to cause the least amount of disturbance as possible, while completing the project on time.

"It's not often you get to meet the president of a company; especially, when you're doing a paint inspection. I'm a firm believer you can tell a lot about a company by looking at the person "at the top". Your company and your employees are dedicated to their cause and it's a tribute to you and your concern for your customer.  It was a pleasure to meet you and our board looks forward to doing business with your company in 2015."
